ChiroHealth's Philosophy

Many chiropractors are rightfully proud to acknowledge they are referral-based practices, meaning the majority of their patients are attracted to their offices through word of mouth; however, many in our community still remain oblivious to the benefits of chiropractic treatment. Other doctors may advertise in various print sources or even launch expensive advertising campaigns; yet, advertising in the traditional sense simply has not been as effective for the chiropractic profession as would be ideal. To put this all into perspective:
There are over 610,000 citizens with zip codes within Charlotte's city limits. Taking into account the number of chiropractors in the same area and the average number of patients treated by an average practice, there are approximately half a million citizens in our Charlotte community alone who do not receive chiropractic care.
Understanding this reality, ChiroHealth of North Carolina is based on the concept that user-friendly knowledge about chiropractic treatment as a viable healthcare option will lead the community to utilize chiropractic care.

ChiroHealth believes the key to chiropractic expansion is not through pricey advertising campaigns, but through increasing chiropractic visibility. ChiroHealth accomplishes this by initiating selective outreach opportunities to educate Charlotte’s community, healthcare industry, and industrial environments about the benefits of chiropractic care. |
ChiroHealth also realizes that although competitive advantage is a cornerstone of an open market economy, industry standards are also essential components. Once our communities reach the chiropractic office through empowering education, how do they become part of our chiropractic family, spreading the word about chiropractic as enthusiastically as we do? ChiroHealth recognizes that standardized training for staff members is critical to the long-term growth and acceptance of the chiropractic profession by the community. As more chiropractors realize the benefits and necessity of staff training, there will emerge the next generation of patient-focused practices with highly skilled staff members that exude a comforting confidence in their doctor, truly care about the health of their patients, and create an environment highlighting their enthusiasm for and knowledge about chiropractic. ChiroHealth trains chiropractic offices to ensure a quality standard of care and provides other special support opportunities to relieve practice burdens and foster more patient-focused care.
ChiroHealth supports the profession’s mission to help as many people as possible through chiropractic treatment. ChiroHealth of North Carolina partners with chiropractors to improve and extend their community outreach abilities. We also promote standardized staff training and provide support to practices for continued success. Serving the chiropractic and local community effectively is our top priority.
